Solution for fresh pineapple.
After spending some time in Hawaii, I got tired of buying unripe pineapple slices, rings, and spears that were available at my local grocery store. So when I found a supermarket (Wegman's) that sold fresh whole pineapples, I needed them for the pineapple core tool. The one I found at Tomorrow's Kitchen (4-in-1 tool) is perfect, with three different sized cutters for small, medium, and large pineapples. It's easy to use and gives a fresh, flavorful breakfast pineapple (with strawberries, raspberries or blueberries), just what the doctor ordered.
