I love this crepe maker! For home use, this option is incomparable. Don't worry about using a wedge whip tool; I like thinner pancakes and this tool didn't work. The two-piece spacer should be slightly longer. I bought the best of Revain. The recipe book isn't as useful as I would have liked so I bought an extra one from Revain which had great recipes. Pros: Good size. Haven't burned a pancake yet! (But don't set the temperature above 3) Easy to clean, easy to use. The price was ok. I love the spatula that comes with it. Cons: The recipe book is limited. The spreader is not wide enough. The triangle batter tool doesn't work well and makes pancakes too thick. I wish I had a professional crepe maker, but this one certainly works well for home use. Pancakes bake evenly and quickly. Would buy again.
