You need one outside for the pool and then one inside for a coffee pot or whatever my husband makes with his. I picked up a small one to use with the pool skimmer basket. I don't like climbing blind so I use little plastic filters to scoop out what I can't see and then stick my hand in to get the basket out of the skimmer and it works great for that. I had to cut off small arms or legs, call them what you will. seem to be of better quality than the cheap dollar tree. but not too much. The nylon mesh is a bit better and the plastic around it is definitely better made, so it should suit my needs. My husband uses the other two for actual kitchen use and he didn't say anything so I guess that means they're fine haha
