Ordered two of these items. One was fully boxed and works perfectly. The other had what appeared to be box tape and was wrapped once from one side of the rim to the other, that was it. I didn't think about it until later when I installed it. I installed it fully wrapped and everything went well, the wheel spins freely and no bearing noise. The other wheel, wrapped in a piece of tape, ran fine, but after a test spin of the wheel by hand I heard a noticeable bearing noise. I removed the wheel and found that both bearings on the wheel were bad. I don't want to worry about returns when I can replace the bearings myself. I think it was a return as the rims had a slightly faded paint compared to another fully boxed wheel. This is the reason for the average rating I left for the purchased product. Returned items should be subjected to better quality control to identify obvious defects.
