We've been installing it for 3 months, everything has been great! Mounting it to a tree by the driveway took about 45 seconds with just a couple of screws. Motion detection is really good and works up to about 50 feet away from the device. We are notified when there are things in the driveway as well as in our front yard. I haven't noticed any false alarms, usually if we hear but don't see anything in the yard, it's a lizard or other small animal on the sensor itself. I haven't had to change batteries yet. is located about 100 meters from the house. There are no problems with the range. It's as simple as plugging the device into the wall with no real setup required. It has an insane amount of songs and sounds that you can play if you want, but I personally find that they get boring very quickly, so let's just use the default ding-dong sound. Overall a great purchase! This has been very reliable for us and gets a lot of attention when we notify when someone or something enters our property.
