EDIT: I'm getting a smear of all three colors on my copies now. My new printer has never had any problems with HP cartridges. I have contacted the company and am waiting for their response. It was easy enough to change chips and they provided you with the tools. My chip was a little harder to remove than the instructions said, so maybe they've since made it harder to remove the original HP chips. But now that it's out, it will be easy to replace with a new one when needed. My bad rating is because the yellow toner seems to bleed into every page. My page turns yellow every time I print. About a quarter of the long side has yellowed completely, as if it were old paper. I'm currently trying to use it and make the best of it as I doubt I'll be able to return it now after using it. Many times I've had to make a copy of the original and the yellow doesn't show up on the copies (on a different copier) so I can deal with that. However, I would not buy this brand again as I cannot take any chances. All my work is ruined again.
