The scent mentioned by many users did not bother me at all. Instead, I find it much better than the original clinical strength. Since the original Clinical Strength formula relieves itching and prevents dandruff, I really hoped this would put an end to my latest problem: super oily hair. I'm talking about oiliness less than 24 hours after shampooing. Unfortunately I could not reach this last goal. It's more expensive than the original so I'll probably go back to it.
