First of all, this remote worked right out of the box with no problems. The reason I give it 2 stars is because it seems like they used flimsy eggshell plastic to keep the cost down. It broke into about forty pieces ten minutes after I received it when I dropped it slightly, which wouldn't hurt most items at all. If you don't have tiles, kids, manly hands or a strong grip, you might like this remote control.
