Review on Optimized for SEO: Victorinox 7 Inch Swiss Classic Santoku Knife with Granton Blade by Kendra Simpson

I originally had a Victorinox Santoku, it's a workhorse and I love it. Easy to sharpen, keeps sharpening. But what I like best is the FAT Fibrox grip. So I was a little disappointed when I received this knife. The handle is made of Fibrox but as you can see in the photo the handle is not that thick. It has a cutout in the middle of the handle. The knife appears to be identical except for the handle. And believe me, it makes the knife look completely different. I will use it more and update my review. But now I would recommend a thick Fibrox grip over this one.
