I bought it because of the cheap price. I think it's a bit small, but Baju seems to like it a lot. I've had him for about a month. When I ordered it originally it came with just two plastic poles and a bowl for water and food, nothing else. I was disappointed as it says what will happen to it so I emailed Prevue customer support to find out what happened. I waited until I had everything to add a review. I got an answer pretty quickly and the customer service lady (I didn't want to give her name) helped me a bit. The toy package was first returned to the Prevue because UPS accidentally cut off my apartment number, but today I finally got it. Blue and white depending on the color. The roof was a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it it comes off pretty easily.- It's not really difficult to clean, I usually use it diluted with vinegar and it works. - there is not a lot of space on the ceiling due to the roof construction, only a few places to actually hang something - the tray pulls out very easily; I usually use about two "half" sheets of paper towels - this helps. It's a good size for a two hour drive. I'm home sometimes on the weekends and Budge seems to enjoy it very much.
