Good soft cable. I bought a 10 meter one. Connected the computer to a 4k TV, displays a picture of 4k @ 60 Hz without artifacts. If the picture is blinking or not, then look in the settings, you may need to manually turn off HDR. Or reduce the refresh rate to 30 Hz. I have this problem with both windows and ubuntu. Please note that you cannot display a 4k HDR image at 60 Hz, for this you need another, Ultra High Speed, cable.
