I love this item and have bought it several times. We use it to disinfect our milking equipment. It is well suited for small domestic milking systems. WHY A BAD REVIEW YOU MAY ASK. PACKAGE! 2 out of 6 purchases my product spilled everything and everything it was packaged with. The outer box is intact but the little plastic bag it comes in is cut/broken/or something. WHY? The seller has replaced my item both times AT NO COST TO ME > Thank you seller, much appreciated BUT why not change up your packaging a bit and save yourself and your customer base the hassle. If it happened to me twice, it must happen to others, right? I'll buy it as long as you keep selling it, and maybe one day you can give me the winning lottery numbers? Changing that plastic bag can give you a little more profit just to say. to wink
