Review on Gihuo by Todd Raynie

When I stumbled upon Gihuo's website, I was overjoyed to discover a plethora of women's apparel, footwear, and accessories to choose from. My joy quickly morphed into dismay as I made a buy, however. The website was confusing to use, and I wasted time on it by clicking on unrelated links. Even worse was the checkout process, which was riddled with mistakes and glitches that left customers confused and frustrated. Unfortunately, the products I got were also not what was advertised on the website. Threads were dangling from seams, and the overall quality of the apparel was poor. After only a few uses, the sneakers were already uncomfortable and falling apart. And the necklace was dirty and not at all like the photos online. I requested a refund, but customer support was unhelpful and insensitive when I contacted them. They insisted that I retain the defective goods and would not issue a full refund. In sum, I did not have a good time shopping at Gihuo's virtual store. If you're looking for a new place to fill your wardrobe holes, you should not go there.
