I'm a Speech Therapist and my students love this game. This is great for categorization, fine motor skills, colors and reinforcement. The fruits are very hardy and I can imagine using them for years. Edited to add: Now that I've been using this game for a few months, I feel I need to add a few more things to this review. The fruit pieces are very well processed. I like how the manufacturer decided to make them one color for several reasons. First, it makes it easier to distinguish when rotating the color of the fruit you pick. Second, it's very useful in my therapy of children working on color concepts because it's more specific. The fruit still looks brand new when I got the game, even after being used and crafted by many different students. I can't say that about all the games I've bought over the years. The fruit stand itself is in very good condition. I was skeptical at first because it's made of cardboard, but so far it's holding up well. The spinner is the same - it holds up well and still spins smoothly. The game box is also better made than many games I've bought. I expect this game will last for many, many years. I bought this game because Learning Resources tends to make higher quality stuff that can handle a lot of games and I'm glad I chose them. I will keep looking for learning resource games for my students and my own kids.
