It's very easy to use and I like it a lot.

This thing reads like a precision quality instrument. It's very easy to use and I think it's very well built. The reusable packaging it comes in protects the glass tube well when not in use. The smoked salmon I cooked in brine was excellent! I like to pay attention to the determination of the salt concentration in brine.
