Works as expected
I bought this unit to split the optical signal for my TV surround system. If you're trying to take the optical signal from your TV and run it through this splitter so two audio devices can play sound at the same time, don't make the same mistake I made. You will have a temporary delay in audio that you cannot eliminate.
