I only gave this one star because for dummies like me the manufacturer should clearly state on the packaging that this lock should not be used on the GATE chain link I thought that the round lock wouldn't be that easy to drill and I wanted a big one. I barely squeezed this huge thing through the hole in the gate but it passed! But then yes! how to unlock it As you probably all already know, this is impossible! I've tried and tried to turn this key but no way. And after trying needle nose pliers and snapping it in the lock, I had to use my trusty Sawzall and cut it off. Which, by the way, only took 6 seconds.
