Review on WÜSTHOF Gourmet 3-Inch Spear Point Paring Knife - High Carbon Stainless Steel Utility Knife, German Precision Laser Cut - Model by Liz West

Very simple and uncluttered set. The blade is stamped rather than forged, but that doesn't really matter on a knife this small. It becomes razor sharp and is easy to maintain. I always try to have two of these in my kitchen. I hate to admit it, but I broke the point on one of these a while ago, but I've done things no small knife should be exposed to. (Never pierce completely frozen food!)
