I like that they provide great customer service with excellent training for their employees! Sometimes there are some issues when you have more than one employee in your account but overall it's been good so far. Their support is really awesome too!! There aren't any specific things about them at this time; however if my previous employer had not left all of our accounts open we would've lost access because now everything has changed over from an email-based system into another desktop management software (which isn't necessarily better). We were able keep most client information stored within Microsoft Outlook which was very helpful during transition as well since clients needed help transferring files across platforms/email systems etc..
