I bought 18g 10mm for the conch piercing and they fit me perfectly. Not too loose and not tight. I love the design and the ease with which the simple style goes through the ear. It's also great that this type of metal doesn't irritate me. My first war attempt was slow because the clicker/loop wouldn't work properly, but I managed after a bit of trying to get it right. Seems safe for now and I'll update if anything changes. The price is right as I got two earrings in one purchase - even if one doesn't last long I have a backup.
