Update: less than a year, a winter, all the stains are gone. There is no warranty information in the box and no contact information. Guaranteed 1 year warranty? Love how great they look and i'm happy with my choice my only complaints are price fluctuations and when you cross them they don't lock on all 4 sides only lock certain sides so it's not exactly flat but its not that bad you have you must don't worry about them tripping. They look amazing and the sound of rain falling on them sounds amazing :)
