I've been using this screen for a few months now and I have to say I'm absolutely impressed with its performance. I had a white screen with 1.1 gain before and it was fine. I used it with LG HU80KA. This projector isn't that great (I did a long review if you're interested). This screen breathed life into this projector in a way that the white screen was completely incapable of. So now I have an Epson 5050UB. He gets the HU80KA out of the water. but also, it seems a perfect combination with this screen. This is a very bright projector and with 'typical' 1080p SDR footage it looks great in low brightness and Digital Cinema mode. , and the 110-inch screen with a gain of 0.95 still offers plenty of brightness. The black color is deep and attractive. My eyes are caressed lovingly by the juicy, creamy goodness that the projector and this screen deliver together. Check the relevance of the projection screen for everyone, since each room has its own characteristics and levels of brightness. My room has very low ambient light and my Epson 5050UB puts out a decent amount of light. In such conditions, this screen does its job perfectly, which offers a very tasty visual presentation. Even with average interior lighting, it still delivers a decent display. The black velvet frame absorbs light reflections well (and fools your eyes into thinking the screen is darker). The only downside is that the high-contrast fabric has a more porous skin than a plain white screen. So if you're sitting less than 9 feet from the screen, you might notice a shimmery surface of the fabric compared to a 'denser' fabric. Also, I highly recommend this screen!
