None of our feathered friends showed any interest in these mealworms. I haven't seen any of them at the feeding station and the cup has been full for a week now. In the meantime, they go crazy over the regular food, often chirping and fighting over the food. These mealworms have an odor and I wonder if that repels birds? I bought it as an alternative to the spooky live version, but I don't think it's a good alternative. Or maybe there's a specific bird that this mealworm feeds on and they just haven't found my feeding spot yet. I can ask my husband to buy live worms so I don't have to deal with them.
