Review on πŸ“± Rugged Defender Case for iPod Touch 7/6/5, Shockproof Silicone Full Body Cover with Built-in Screen Protector - Mint Green by Sheppard Priest

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Decent case, protective not too thick, screen protector needs a touch up

This case looks pretty good. It's fairly protective all around with a plastic screen protector. It should be noted that this does not fit, so if you have a screen protector it will be raised slightly above the screen. This is a regular screen protector. All buttons need to be pressed a little harder to register. The overall design of the case is decent. It leaves fingerprints easily. The front looks very nice. The black has a good grip, so you can hold it well and it doesn't slip. The screen protector is easily damaged by keys, so be aware. Also, dust gets underneath very easily and is difficult to remove. This is definitely not a waterproof case, so don't go swimming with it. It has a hotspot for the lighting connector, but be aware that this will interfere with some Lightning flash drives that you might use for backup. The headphone jack actually requires a thinner headphone jack as the opening is smaller, so be aware. As far as I can tell, the case doesn't bother me. This keeps your iPod touch from becoming too bulky. However, the installation is quite simple. The first thing you have to do is take everything apart and be careful. The inner bracket is fragile. For 1. Good looking, easy to install, protective, doesn't add thickness. Disadvantages: 1. The protective film is easy to get dirty and dirty, the inner bracket is fragile, you need to press harder to register the keys. The glue is slightly visible in the corner.
