I have an '84 Chevy K10 in my driveway. The kids love to play in the yard and I always worry about the old cars rolling. I put them behind the wheels and put the truck in neutral. The truck stayed where it was. I certainly wouldn't trust them to hold the car without a mechanical brake, but if they fail I have a feeling they'll hold the car in place for a while.
