Cons of a Similar Product After reading reviews from other brands, it turned out that other popular juicers have a design flaw that allows water to collect in the hollow handle, which traps dirty water out leaking dishes and water when in use. The handles of this product are notched and not solid, which completely avoids this problem. However, it does seem that the product feels a bit cheaper as it isn't as heavy as the more expensive ones, but I didn't have any durability issues for the first week of use (I may update if there are durability issues). Usage: I didn't use the big, giant lemons that some consumers think are normal. I only used regular sized lemons, about 2.5 inches in diameter. I usually cut them in half and place them face down in the juicer. There are complaints about the juice going everywhere and the like, I don't see how that's possible unless you put the lemon cut side up and peel side down. This product is designed to press the skin of the fruit and squeeze the juice from the bottom hole. It does not let the seeds through and the flow rate is high. Sellers also recommend rolling lemons several times on a hard surface to soften them. Technique: I would say regular sized lemons get about 95% juice. I used to just squeeze lemons with my hands and the seeds always ended up in my lemon water. It didn't bother me as the seeds usually sink to the bottom of the jar. However, this product wiped out all the loose seeds in my lemon water and encouraged me to drink lemon water daily because its use is so gentle. I would recommend starting with one hand on each grip and then switching to just one hand as the grip gets closer. You would need to have a very strong grip to be able to do the entire movement with one hand.
