Remember that most of the time you get what you pay for.
The metal part came off the handle on the first movement. Then, after spending money to re-glue them, I also used pliers, ripped them apart, during use, left a bristle with every movement. I think they would work for flea market signs or "disposable" brushes. For any real work of art (even beginners) I would not recommend it.
