The door panel fell off every time my kids closed the door on my 2006 Sienna. They don't have much finesse when closing. These clips 100% fixed it. They fit into slots on the back of the panel. Once you line them up with the holes in the door metal, hitting them hard with a clenched fist or a small rubber mallet will snap them into place perfectly. If you ever remove the panel I suggest using it rather than trying to reuse existing ones. Used staples don't bite. You know I paid 2 garages a total of $80 to fix this door panel and it never stayed fixed for long. I repaired it myself for €5.
