Excellent system, very satisfied. What would improve this system and give it 5 stars would be the truck attachment system. I find eye hooks a bit awkward as they take a bit of work to get loose or jam. up the shelves. Update: I am not very happy with the fact that the mainstay sections were made in two pieces as they have become loose over time. Even when tightening the screws, it still gets lost. Also, this center split drastically reduces the load they can carry. Another small thing is that while driving, one of the end caps came loose. Also, to solve the problem with the eyebolts they use to attach the supports to the bed, I bought hex head bolts with a ratchet or impact wrench for quick assembly and disassembly of the supports. Update again. and deducted another star. I really wanted to like it, but with that two-section central support, it really hurts. I continued to tighten the screws, but no amount of tightening will prevent the item from being lost. Finally paid out of pocket to have someone weld them together. Too bad this company doesn't read reviews as it's such a bad design mistake to be done in two sections.
