I recommend this item to raise and retract the handlebars to sit more straight. Be sure to measure the stem and handlebar diameter carefully. This unit is 1-1/8 x 1-1/8 (stem x handlebar). I needed 1-1/8 x 1. I had to buy split handlebar bushings. Luckily I have a lathe and I did it myself. Another warning: the assembly is slightly shorter than the existing gooseneck and as a result the stem bearing cap stopped working. Again I made a spacer out of a water pipe using my lathe. These pads can also be purchased separately.
