I'm happy. for hauling groceries and winches
Just what I needed for a stable platform for my dirty outdoor jobs. The hitch was easy to install with an instruction manual. Non-slip struts prevent it from swinging. Its second top position allows me to open and close the rear of my SUV (no vise). The mount seems solidly built. I attached my 20 year old 4" vise with two screws. A 5" or 6" vise would probably work better.
