I originally wanted this sous vide pan, a good pan for searing. I was very impressed with this feature, reheating and sautéing meat etc. I upgraded this pan to include crispy bacon and cooked veggies and kept ingredients fresh and crispy quickly with excellent heat distribution. For example, I have used it to cook chicken breasts and have had great results. The pan itself is fine, well balanced and only cleans with hot soapy water or grease sprays with no cleaning. I only use non-metallic utensils. Love the fact that this pan can be used on many heat sources, but a reminder to keep the heat on low to medium to protect the diamond burned surface is really all you need for a professional result ! High quality frying pan, ideal for a variety of dishes. The integrity, quality and functionality of this skillet is truly remarkable and I may just buy it as a wedding gift which is an incredible start to quality cooking for life. I am impressed!
