Poor Design: Pulleys

Looked impressive when I received it, but when I went to install it quickly found its flaws. The nut holding the bolt that holds everything together is built into the recessed hole. But while the hole is the correct hex shape for the nut to fit in, it's too big so the nut just spins in the hole. Worse, you can't put a wrench, socket, or anything else on the nut to keep it from turning because the nut is recessed and there's just the tiniest amount of play. There is enough play to not hold the nut properly, but not enough to fit the bushing in there. I then attempted to glue the nut into the hole hoping it would hold enough to remove the bolt and then install it on the bike. But that didn't work either. As soon as a force was applied to the bolt, the nut broke off and turned. I can always try that with a slightly longer bolt and nylock nut. But since it was designed, it's a mistake on my part.

Cons
