The ease of use in creating new products with different attributes such as style/colors etc., very good customer service from sales team when I had questions or needed support after purchase! Nothing so far to dislike about this product but maybe if there were more features available it would be nice? If looking at purchasing an inventory management tool then look into FAM first because they have great training videos which walk through each feature step by steps allowing novices like myself who are not familiar yet how things work seamlessly together without any confusion. We used other tools before trying out Fam however we found them too complicated compared to what was expected once purchased.
