Seems to be a good switch

2021 Ranger NS Ultimate: Switches fit but are a bit loose. Not casually loose, just not very tight. Nothing to worry about. The added jumpers are good! The lights are a bit dimmer than the stock Ranger switches BUT I think the stock switches are too bright to start with. I would definitely buy these NiLight switches again and would recommend them for the Polaris Ranger Northstar Ultimate.
