We really wanted to love this thermometer. But I found that as the temperature increased, it became increasingly inaccurate as the difference between the sensors exceeded 30 degrees. When we cooked the brisket in our smoker, this thermometer read 154 degrees, then we inserted the probe that came with the Traeger smoker, it read 198 degrees. And of course we had it for 34 days. I should have paid attention to the 30 guarantee. Very disappointed! I am writing this update about this thermometer. I received an email from Enzoo customer service, they offered to replace our unit which we were unhappy with. I will try again so I am adjusting my rating to reflect the great customer service I have experienced. As soon as our new thermometer arrives and I get a chance to use it, I'll update again. Like I said, we really wanted to love him, so maybe next time we'll love him. We received our new thermometer and the first night we used it I was afraid we would have similar problems with it. But after using it on our Traeger last night, the new thermometer worked much better. It's so handy to have a pipe around the house while the smoker is stuck in a cold garage. I am impressed with the customer service we have received with Enzoo.
