Didn't have to take it apart, add orings, dip it in magic. All I had to do was attach it to my tank and hose that ran between the argon tank and back out of Primeweld. I don't know how accurate it is, but it seems to work. Do I expect this thing to last 10 years in my garage? no Will it be a good backup? Surely it worked as it should right out of the well packed box? yup.edit: did he die after consuming less than half an hour of welding time? Yes. It worked pretty well out of the box but I've used it 3 times to weld maybe a foot in total. I went there today to cook something and it's not working anymore. Turned on the gas and the pressure went up to 2000. Open the flow valve and it clicks then it pretends to work and the ball slowly goes back to 0 and never comes back.
