Easy user friendly interface which makes it very easy to use this software across different platforms such as PC or mobile devices! Nothing at all in particular I dislike about PDS so far - however there isn't much they haven’t thought of either (which could probably make them better). This product has helped us streamline our data collection process by using their cloud-based database, we no longer have any paper copies lying around taking up space; everything from appointments through billing are now easily accessible via an online portal. The software is easy to use and the team are always on hand to help. The system is very user friendly and it is a lot better than the previous software. The software is very flexible and can be adapted to suit the needs of any practice. We are very happy with Pearl Dental. It has improved our systems and processes. We are able to carry out a lot more work in a shorter amount of time.
