Easy user friendly interface which makes it very easy to use this software across different platforms such as PC or mobile devices! Nothing at all in particular I dislike about PDS so far - however there isn't much they haven’t thought of either (which could probably make them better). I like how it's easy to navigate through all of my billing, appointment scheduling, insurance claims, etc., while keeping track of what time each provider works in our office. It also has an awesome feature called "My Practice" where we keep notes about important things such as upcoming appointments or any other events going on at our office. I like how easy it was to navigate through this software! It's very user friendly & makes finding things incredibly simple if there are any issues or questions along the way (which doesn't happen often). The customer service has been great so far as well - they're always willing/able provide help when needed.
