Review on MetaCX by Bennie Wilks

I like that it allows me to connect my sales team up through our marketing department - which can be very difficult otherwise! It's not perfect but really helpful for all departments within an organization. Nothing so far as i dislike anything about this software though :) You will need some training initially because they have made changes since we implemented them 3 years ago (i believe). We are able solve problems where previously there was none or minimal help from other systems such has Salesforce/Marketo 360 etc..
