Just received a pair. Assembles in less than 15 minutes on both sides. Fits my 2017 F-150 XLT. Fits perfectly. Using plastic tools, I took the original skull out from the front. This will take some patience, but look for a larger gap and start from there while pulling it. The originals broke off with a slight tug, only one of the tabs broke, but I have no plans to use them again. Much easier than removing the mirror and doing everything else, plus you increase the chances of breaking the mirror.
