Essential Tool for Fermentation
This weight is a must-have for any fermentation enthusiast.It fits perfectly inside my crock and keeps my vegetables submerged and fermenting evenly. The weight is made of durable materials that can withstand the daily grind of home and kitchen use. My only minor gripe is that it can be a bit heavy to lift out of the crock by itself, but it`s a small tradeoff for the benefits it provides..
