Received today and loved but now disappointed. That does not work. I'm running Windows 7 on my HP desktop computer with an Intel i7 processor and USB 3.0 ports that I use for other devices. I tried opening the configuration utility after installing the drivers and utility and I followed their tiny guide, plugged it into my working USB 3.0 port which kept saying it was in a USB 3.0 port would run faster. Tried in another USB 3.0 slot, no luck. Did the windows troubleshooter and it said it had a bad driver. Erased everything, then went to their website and downloaded their driver, reinstalled the utility. Same results. I have come to the conclusion that too many defective units are being reported, I must either get a replacement or return it for a refund. First I spent a very frustrating hour with this product and couldn't get it to work on my Windows 7 PC. I tried reinstalling it and it didn't install, I could see it in device manager but with the yellow flag I keep getting a message in device manager saying there is a problem with the driver. I gave my feedback and a few days later the company contacted me and said they would send me a new pad. Edited on 10/10/2016. The company responded very quickly and immediately sent a new block, after I received a new block, the new block worked perfectly after I turned off my firewall and virus during installation. I am now getting much faster speeds over Wi-Fi and am very happy with their product.
