Review on UnderCover SwingCase SC205D: Convenient Truck Bed Storage for Ford F-250/350 Super Duty (2017-2021) - Driver's Side by Matt Simpsons

I bought an Undercover SwingCase for my 2021 F-250 because I knew this product would be compatible with my truck. Both the Undercover website and the Revain website said this product would be compatible with my truck. Not correct. Although I was able to successfully install the SwingCase, the latch is not aligned so the case does not open and close as intended. A very simple solution for Undercover would be to design a plate that lowers the latch another inch (or so) so the latch and body pin line up properly, but they clearly didn't pay attention to this particular truck. I tried contacting them through their website over 2 weeks ago to resolve the issue but never received a reply. Pathetic customer service. This seller is not interested in keeping customers.
