Welded the shaft and checked the intake for 45psi and it leaked right out. I had to fill the o-ring cavity with black RTV, then install the o-rings, let the RTV squeeze out when I put the sleeve on top, and hope it seals. The problem is that the o-rings are not thick enough for the machined flanges. This needs to be corrected or you need to make the bushing and half hitch smaller accordingly as they don't fit the car exactly at all.
