First I washed the pots. I'm already impressed. They are heavier than I expected but very cute. Nothing sticks to them at all. Let's see if this continues. I usually cook at 7.5 but had to lower it to 3.5 because even at 5 the food was cooking too quickly. Problems: 1. Non-stick coating - that's when you put a little oil on the pan first. Oil causes food to stick and be difficult to clean. So use some olive or coconut oil first and then add more oil if you like2. The bottoms of the pots turned discolored almost immediately. The first pan I wrote off was too hot. But when I did the second one at a lower temperature, it also discolored. I will try it with my bartender friend to see if it clears the issue. The magic eraser didn't work like it did on my stainless steel pots3. These pans are HEAVY. I'm just warning you They're durable, so if the kids want to help pull out the pans, keep an eye on them. So before I was ready to contact the company, I tried something else: I rubbed with scotch tape and then I tried a magic eraser.
