The quality of materials and assembly is complete trash. 1) Firstly, immediately after assembly, the gas elevator did not work. I called the store, they brought a new one. OK. There are no complaints about the store. 2) On the back, the skin is stretched very crookedly. Attaching photo. 3) The whole creaks and cracks, even that which, it would seem, cannot creak. I re-stretched the handles twice . they weaken and begin to creak. At least put them on a thread locker. The recline mechanism is all cracking like it's the last time . it's scary even to recline - I think something will fall apart soon. All some kind of sloppy, although everything seemed to be re-stretched not once. Long story short, I don't know what to do with it. My previous chair was bought in Ikea for 4 thousand 10 years ago . and NOTHING creaks or falls off. This one for 20 thousand and a month of use - all ushatana - and even 5 thousand is a pity for him . honestly. Completely dissatisfied with the purchase. I won't buy this chair again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
