Easy to unpack suitcase Bent and warped door latch that needs to be removed, straightened, tightened and adjusted. The door hinges were loose and while the screws on one hinge could be tightened, the other screws split the frame and instead of being tightened, slid in and out. The loose fit allowed the door to flex its hinges on its own. When trying to attach the hinges, the plastic window started popping out because the wood gasket that was supposed to hold it in place was either peeling off or not attaching itself. At the same time, every moving part failed, and even the tree broke into pieces under its own structure. Currently returning for a refund as the replacement will fail the same way.
