We bought this collar for our raccoon dog in April. If you know anything about raccoon dogs, they are LOUD and don't stop. Our neighbors hated our loving but obnoxious dog. We looked at two other cheaper collars and decided to buy this one. It was definitely worth the money. Not to say he never barked, but he was minimal and stopped quickly. Being a larger dog with a lot of barking, he went through the load quicker than the product information stated. It took about a month before we had to charge it. The next exercise was probably two weeks later, then it ramped up pretty quickly to the point where he was training every night before he was 6 months old. We charged it for 12 hours last night and it wasn't fully charged and will probably need a charge in the afternoon. I called customer service and they were AMAZING! They answered the call quickly and spoke clear English. If you have ever dealt with customer service you know how nice he is. They send me a new battery for free.
