I bought a kit on May 8th, 2018 for my 2004 Toyota Tundra. Both shocks are now leaking hydraulic fluid and the back of my truck is low. So now I go to the warranty claim form and find that it is for dealer use only and that I have to return the parts once submitted. I have a choice: buy another set (from another manufacturer) or sit without shock for several weeks. Looks like I don't have $110 and a few hours of my time to install it.
